Terms of use and sale
These terms apply to this website and to orders you place with Comply Standards. Product-specific terms (for example a software licence or service description) are sent with your order and take priority for that product. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
Using this website
Information here is general. Estimates, calculators and briefs show their assumptions and are not professional advice. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to, or interfere with its operation.
Orders and invoices
An order becomes a contract when we confirm it in writing and send an invoice. Prices are shown before tax; taxes are added where they apply. Access or work starts when payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Subscriptions and licences
Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before renewal. Self-hosted licences are granted for the organisation and period on your invoice. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer our software unless your plan explicitly allows it (for example a white-label plan).
Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide what you bought, as described in our privacy notice and, for business customers, our data processing agreement.
AI features
AI outputs can be wrong. Our products show assumptions and keep a person in control of decisions. Nothing we provide is medical, legal, tax or investment advice.
Warranties and liability
We provide our products with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under an order is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use its courts.
