Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied. This policy applies unless your order says otherwise. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment.

Self-hosted licences

Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been put into production use.

One-off reports and per-use purchases

Refundable if we have not yet delivered. Once delivered, we will correct any error in the report free of charge.

Services and fixed-price phases

You can cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, we refund the part of the phase not yet delivered.

How to ask

Email hello@complystandards.com with your invoice number. We reply within one working day and refund to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
