These are the practices we run our own company on, and the ones we bring to yours.
Approved releases
No change reaches a live product until a person approves it. Each release is recorded with its version and time.
Automatic rollback
After a release, every service is checked on the live system. If one fails, all services go back to the previous version automatically.
Health monitoring
Every product is checked automatically every two hours. A problem opens an alert on its own and closes when it is fixed.
Encrypted nightly backups
Databases and application files are backed up every night, encrypted, to separate off-site storage.
Your servers, if you prefer
Self-hosted editions install with one command and keep the same safety net: nightly backups, safe updates and rollback.
Data belongs to you
We collect the minimum, keep it only as long as needed, and export or delete it on request.
AI principles
How we use AI
- You are always told when you are talking to AI, and a person is always available.
- AI answers only from our own documents and says when it does not know.
- Numbers come from tested calculations or approved price lists, never from a model’s guess.
- A person approves proposals, prices and anything that affects you.
- Your data is not used to train public models.
